Refund Policy
We, at The Institute of Skills Training, are loyal and Dedicated to providing high-quality training and a valuable learning experience to all our learners. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.
- Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
1. If you wish to cancel your enrollment within three days of purchase and have not taken any class.
2. If the course is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or delayed due to technical or functional issues on our end which prevents access to the course/sessions for an extended period of three weeks or more.
3. Exceptional Circumstances – Apart from the above conditions, a refund might be processed in certain exceptional cases that are deemed genuine and authentic by IOSkills. However, this is entirely at our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to maintain credibility and fairness.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
1. If a class/lesson/module has been accessed or completed.
2. If the refund request is made after three days of enrollment.
3. If the student fails to attend scheduled classes or does not attend the classes.
4. If the student violates any terms of conduct during the course.
5. If the refund request is based on personal reasons, change of mind, personal schedule conflicts, etc.
- Refund Process
1. To request a refund, send an email to info@ioskills.in with your name, batch ID, course name, and an authentic & valid reason for the refund.
2. Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days once approved.
3. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Partial Refunds & Adjustments
1. In special cases such as medical emergencies, relocation, or other valid reasons we might offer a course transfer or credit instead of a refund.
2. If a refund is approved after the course has started, a partial refund may be provided, depending on the course progress.
